About the Event
The Association for the Gifted (CEC-TAG) is a 50+ year education advocacy, training and research organization that seeks to establish professional standards for teacher preparation for the field, develop initiatives to improve gifted education practice, and ensures that the needs of children and youth with exceptionalities are met in educational legislation. Parents and Educators will receive the opportunity to access knowledge and guidance from experts in the field as well as connect with the Council for Exceptional Children, a 20,000+ organization that sets the standard for high quality education for children and youth with exceptionalities of all types!

This registration allows parents and caregivers to attend the Parent Day session of The Association for the Gifted (CEC-TAG) Annual Conference at the AC Hotel Miami Dadeland 9 am - 1 pm Oct. 17th. Presentations and panels from experts in the field of Twice-Exceptional / Gifted / Neurodiverse education and advocacy. The small charge helps offset the cost of the event and includes continental breakfast prior to the sessions. Each attendee should have one ticket as seating is limited.
